This hotel has a great location, with easy access to many nearby attractions. Guests can enjoy a comfortable stay with spacious rooms, complete with well-equipped bathrooms. the staff provide excellent service and are always happy to assist with any requests. the breakfast is definitely worth mentioning, with a wide variety of options to choose from. the hotel also offers several facilities such as a pool, gym, and spa - perfect for a relaxing vacation.
The hotel could benefit from additional staff to handle the large number of guests.

Friendly welcome, good English spoken. Interesting combination of historic, centuries old building (reception & restaurant) with modern annexe (bedrooms). Tasty breakfast. Lovely view from bedroom. Quiet. Close to the Hohe Tauern National Park Centre.
Got a bit lost wandering along the corridors - better signage would improve this.

The hotel had a great location and was close to the city center, which made it easy to explore the city. The rooms were also spacious and clean, which was a nice surprise. the hotel offered free Wi-Fi and free parking, which was a huge plus.
The staff seemed to be understaffed and overwhelmed with the number of guests. The service was not very friendly or helpful, which detracted from our overall experience.

Very nice and big appartament, located in new building, hotel is very traditional but facilities are modern, just in the middle of town
1. We arrived at 3 pm but room wasnt ready despite info that rooms are avaiable from 2 pm; 2. hard to find receptionist and service people - you might have a feeling that the service people are enjoying themselfes but not the guests

Room was lovely, view was fabulous. Breakfast was good. Close to town. Dinner in restaurant was excellent.

Spending Christmas at this hotel was a great choice! the rooms were spacious and comfortable, offering everything we needed for a relaxing stay. the location was also fantastic, with plenty of outdoor activities to enjoy nearby and stunning views of the mountains. the staff were very friendly and always willing to help with any questions we had.
the lack of an elevator in the new building made it difficult to access our room, and there were not enough staff members to assist us.
